Here at Reality Check Consultancy we take the protection of your personal data very seriously and are committed to maintaining the trust of our customers. What information do we collect and why?

  • Contact us - When you contact us we ask for your name, email address, mobile number and office number We need to gather these key details to enable us to contact you back once you’ve submitted a message.
  • Time Report -  When you sign up for the Reality Check Consultancy time report, we ask for your full name, email address, date of birth, gender, ethnicity, Relationship status, how any children you have, highest educational qualification, your current work position, how many hours you work each week, do you consider yourself disabled. We need this information to process your request for your time report.
  • Payment details – We use Paypal as our merchant to process ‘Time Report’ payments.  Depending on what payment option you choose on the PayPal website, you may be asked to provide your full name, address, telephone number and email address. 

If you no longer wish us to hold any of the information described above, you can request that it be deleted by clicking on this link to email us.

How is the data being collected?

This data will be collected using the following method:

  • All ‘Contact us’ data is collected by our ‘Contact us’ form.
  • All ‘Time reporting’ data is collected by our bespoke in-house system.
  • All Payments are processed by www.paypal.com.  You can view a copy of their privacy policy by Clicking here.

How will the information be stored?

All the information you give us will be stored securely in Reality Check Consultancy offices and IT systems and our contracted suppliers’ IT systems.

We keep your personal data for as long as we need to enable us to successfully administer and manage your communications with us, and your personal ‘Time Report’

If we no longer need personal information for the original purpose for which it was collected we will delete/destroy it in accordance with our data destruction procedures unless we have a legal obligation to retain personal information for a certain period.

This personal information will not be used for unsolicited newsletters or direct marketing.

Will Reality Check Consultancy share my information with anyone else?

Your data may also be shared with:

  • Staff at Reality Check Consultancy who are responsible for administering your ‘Contact us’ request
  • Suppliers of Reality Check Consultancy who support our information systems, in accordance with Reality Check Consultancy instructions and to our security and privacy standards.
